Two-factor authentication (2FA)
2FA means signing in with a password plus a second confirmation, such as a code from an app.
A password can be stolen or guessed. A second factor, a one-time code from an authenticator app, makes such a login useless without the owner's phone.
2FA is especially important for a CRM with customer data: a manager's account opens the conversations and reports of the whole company.
Connecta supports 2FA for staff, and the company owner can make it mandatory.
